Racevoro makes full custom design motorcycle leathers: race suits, jackets, gloves and boots, each made to your own body measurements and finished in a design you approve in writing before production. Suits start from $799. Every piece is handmade in our own workshop and ships free and tracked to the United States.

Custom sizing, custom colours and, on suits, your name, race number and logos are included in the price.
How we work
- You order and receive our measurement form and Size & Measurement Guide.
- You send body measurements in centimetres. We check every one.
- We send a design mockup. Nothing is cut until you approve your design and measurements in writing.
- Production takes about 10–15 working days for suits and jackets and about 7 working days for gloves and boots (estimates).
- Your piece is checked against your approved design and measurements, then shipped with tracking: about 5–7 days in transit (estimate).

Our fit promise
If a finished piece doesn't match your approved measurements or design (our production error), we correct or remake it at no cost to you, and we pay the shipping both ways. If the measurements you supplied were incorrect, we assess the piece and quote a correction or remake before any work starts. See Returns & Remakes.
What we don't claim
We don't present any finished suit, jacket, glove or boot as a certified garment, and our gear has no airbag. The CE ratings we state apply to the protectors: Apex suits use CE Level 1 and Level 2 rated protectors, and the Corsa jacket comes with removable CE Level 1 and Level 2 rated protectors. Apex gloves and Apex boots have sliders, and we make no armour or CE claims for them. Leather is 1.2–1.3 mm top-grain cowhide for suits and jackets, 0.7–0.9 mm for gloves and 1.3–1.5 mm for boots. Product images on our site are design renders, not photos of finished gear.
