Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping costs

Tracked express shipping is free. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Carriers

We ship by international express courier (for example DHL, UPS or FedEx).

When your order ships

Custom pieces ship after production and a final quality check. Typical production time after you approve your design and measurements is about 10–15 working days for suits and jackets and about 7 working days for gloves and boots, then about 5–7 days courier transit (estimates). When your order ships, we email you the carrier name and tracking number.

Import duties and taxes

Your order is shipped internationally. Before it ships, we tell you in writing whether any import duties or taxes are payable on delivery. We declare the true description and value of every shipment.
