Description

Off-the-rack never fits quite right when you're tucked in. The Racevoro Apex is a custom racing suit made to measure from your own body measurements and finished with your name, your race number and your logos.

Materials and construction

  • 1.2–1.3 mm top-grain cowhide leather
  • Aramid stretch fabric in selected sleeve, cuff and crotch areas
  • Expansion panels at the knees and lower legs
  • Pre-curved sleeves
  • Double and triple stitching in critical areas, with nylon thread
  • YKK zippers at the front, cuffs and calves
  • Hook-and-loop adjusters at the neck, cuffs and calves
  • Soft neoprene trim at the collar and cuffs

Armour and interior

  • Removable dual-density shoulder, elbow and knee protectors
  • Removable dual-density back protector
  • Extra foam at the elbows and knees
  • Removable knee sliders
  • Removable breathable polyester mesh lining
  • Internal mesh pockets on both sides

How it works

  1. Choose your style and options. Pick 1-Piece or 2-Piece, choose your perforation and lining, add any upgrades you want, and place your order.
  2. Send your measurements. After checkout you'll get our measurement form.
  3. Approve your design and measurements. We confirm the final design and your measurements with you in writing, along with your estimated ready-to-ship date.
  4. We build it. Production takes about 10–15 working days after your design and measurements are approved (estimate).
  5. It ships to you. Courier transit is about 5–7 days after dispatch (estimate; customs clearance can add time). Shipping is free and tracked.

Measurements

All measurements are taken in centimetres, as body measurements with no added allowance. Our Size & Measurement Guide walks you through each one. Have a friend help with a soft tape measure.

  • How long until I get my suit? About 10–15 working days of production after you approve your design and measurements, then about 5–7 days in transit. Both are estimates; your ready-to-ship date is confirmed when we accept your order.
