Custom-made items

Every Racevoro piece is made to your measurements and design, so it cannot be resold. For this reason, returns for a change of mind are not normally accepted once production has started.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel, email us with your order number as soon as possible. Before production starts, nothing has been cut. We confirm in writing what can be refunded for your order. If we cannot make your item, we refund you in full.

Fit problems and remakes

If your piece doesn't fit, contact us after delivery with your order number, photos or a short video of the fit problem, and measurements of the finished item. We compare your piece with your approved measurements and design.

If the piece doesn't match your approved measurements or design (our production error), we correct or remake it free of charge. We'll confirm return-shipping arrangements with you in writing before you send anything back.
If the measurements you supplied were incorrect, we assess the piece and quote a correction or remake before any work starts.

A remake typically takes about 10–15 working days (estimate).
