How does a Racevoro custom order work?
You place your order, then complete a measurement form. We check your measurements with you, prepare a design mockup, and only start production after you approve that design in writing. See How Custom Orders Work for each step.
Do I enter my measurements before or after I pay?
After. Once your order is confirmed, we send you a link to a measurement form for your product, along with our Size & Measurement Guide. If anything is unclear, we contact you before anything is made.
Which products can I order?
Custom motorcycle leather racing suits, leather jackets, gloves and boots. Each piece is made to your measurements and design.
Can I choose my colours, name and race number?
Yes. You can choose your colours and, where the product supports it, add a name and race number. Tell us your colours when you order and we show them in your design mockup. Names can be up to 20 characters and race numbers up to 3 digits.
Can I send my own logo or artwork?
Yes. You must have the right to use any artwork you send us. We cannot reproduce third-party logos or trademarks without written permission from the owner.
How many design revisions are included?
You can ask for changes to your mockup before you approve it. Production only starts after your written approval.
How long does production take?
Typical production time after you approve your design and measurements is about 10–15 working days for suits and jackets and about 7 working days for gloves and boots, then about 5–7 days courier transit (estimates). We do not promise a date until production has been accepted. When we can give you an estimate, we will tell you in writing.
Is the gear certified, and what protection does it include?
We only list certification or protection details once they are confirmed in writing. Please ask us before ordering, and we will confirm in writing what applies to the piece you want.
Can I change my order after I approve the design?
Changes are free before you approve your design. After approval, changes may be possible only before production starts and may cost extra. Once cutting starts, changes are not normally possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Where do you ship, and who pays import duties?
