Every Racevoro piece is made to your measurements and your design. Nothing goes into production until you approve your design in writing.
1. Place your order
Choose your product and options and complete checkout. We confirm your payment by email.
2. Send your measurements
After your order is confirmed, we email you a link to the measurement form for your product, along with our Size & Measurement Guide.
3. We check every measurement
We review your measurements. If anything is missing or unclear, we send you all our questions in one message, and you reply in writing.
4. Approve your design
We send you a design mockup showing colours, name, number and artwork placement. You can ask for changes before you approve. To approve, you reply in writing confirming the design version and your measurements.
5. Production
After your written approval, your piece is accepted into production. We email you when it starts. Typical production time is about 10–15 working days for suits and jackets and about 7 working days for gloves and boots (estimates). We confirm your ready date in writing when production is accepted.
6. Quality check and shipping
Your piece is checked against your approved design and measurements before it is packed. When it ships, we send you the carrier name and a real tracking number.
7. After delivery
Try it on and tell us how it fits. If something isn't right, see Returns & Remakes.
Changes
Changes are free before you approve your design. After approval, changes may cost extra. Once production starts, changes may not be possible. We always confirm any extra cost in writing before making a change.
