1. Who we are

This online store is operated by Racevoro. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Custom-made products

Our products are made to order using the measurements, options and design you give us. Production only starts after you approve your design mockup and measurements in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you give us. We will contact you if anything looks missing or unclear.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). You pay either the full price at checkout or, where offered, a 50% deposit at checkout. We email an invoice for the remaining 50% when your item is ready to ship, and it ships once that is paid. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if we cannot make the item or if pricing or product information was clearly wrong.

4. Designs, names, numbers and artwork

You must have the right to use any name, number, logo or artwork you send us. We do not reproduce third-party logos or trademarks without written permission from their owner. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished leather.

5. Product information

We only state certification, protection or performance details for a product when they are confirmed in writing for that product. If something is not stated, please ask us before ordering.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow our Refund Policy. Changes are free before you approve your design. After approval, changes may cost extra, and they may not be possible once production starts. We confirm any extra cost in writing first.

7. Shipping, duties and delivery

Shipping, duties and delivery follow our Shipping Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
